Jesus and Him alone - Jesus is the center of everything we do. His presence always trumps our process and nothing we do matters unless it furthers the Gospel.

We are all about the numbers - Numbers matter to God. Just read the book of Acts. We will not apologize for setting goals and tracking our progress because numbers measure effectiveness. Anything healthy grows and it was never God's desire for his church to become stagnant.

Generosity starts with us - Our staff and church will be the most generous people on the planet and will give sacrificially to the work of God in our city.

The vision is not for sale - We will not cater to people's personal preferences because we care more about the people we are trying to reach than those we are trying to keep. The church was sent for those who are far from God, not for those who already know him.

We will stand for what we are for - For too long, the church has been known for what it is against, but we want to be know for what we are for. We will use our platform to lift up Jesus rather than to condemn. The church wasn't sent to hold up a picket sign but rather to lift up the cross of Christ.

We will keep the new car smell - New cars are prized and cared for in every detail. What God is doing is not normal and we will never take it for granted and allow it to lose that new car smell. We will strive for excellence, but not extravagance because everything and everyone matters. Our excellence will never be the reason anyone falls in love with Jesus, but a lack of excellence could be the distraction that causes them not to.

We are unified under the visionary - Next Level is built on the vision God gave Pastor Josh. We will aggressively defend our unity and his vision.

It's all about the one - Every individual is a person, created by God and loved unconditionally by Him. Therefore, we will value every person who God entrusts us with.

Consumerism isn't an option - Simply attending Next Level and never using the talents and resources God has given you is not acceptable. We will always challenge people to give more time and resources to the kingdom of God so they can fulfill the call of God on their lives.

We believe the promise of Ephesians 3:20 - We will think big and act in bold faith. We will set impossible goals and watch God move. We believe that God will fulfill his promise to "infinitely more than we can ever ask or imagine" if we are willing to trust him.

We are Jesus with skin on - The people of God are sent into the world to be the hands and feet of Jesus and to show his love to a hurting world. We will tear down the walls between the church and the community through extravagant love and kindness.

We are one church in multiple locations - At Next Level Church, we are one church in multiple locations. That means that we are one church, under one leadership, with one DNA, but we gather in multiple locations all over New England.
