The Promise

"God can do anything, you know—far more than you could ever imagine or guess or request in your wildest dreams! He does it not by pushing us around but by working within us, his Spirit deeply and gently within us." - Ephesians 3:20

How big is your faith? As we gear up for the launch of our newest location in Epping NH, I want you to reflect on this question and this verse. We have been in the midst of something extraordinary. Something that I have never seen or imagined or requested in my wildest dreams. Its so easy to forget how much God has done in such a short amount of time and just pass it off as something that is ordinary.

We've been studying in the book of 2 Kings chapter 3 as part of this new series called "Digging Ditches", and one thing that has really hit me hard during this series is this thought: When you know God has promised you greater things, you don't wait for a sign to appear before you respond.... you just start digging ditches. We've been digging ditches all across Epping and the surrounding communities ready and expectant for Gods provision. Faith isn't a state of mind, its a course of action. Its the prayer circles that we've been praying, asking God to move mightily in this area. Its every invite we've passed out. Every sign that we've stomped into the ground. We need to continually be digging ditches with the expectation of God's provision.

So, read that verse up top again and start digging ditches. The bigger and deeper the ditches, the greater the rainfall could potentially be. Im praying for you all, and standing with my shovel ready. I can't wait to see how God moves and how his provision is far greater than i could ever imagine.

Hay Chris me and Steve are going to Dig those Ditches w/you all. We are very excited to have God move in Epping. God can move Mountains and we need to believe that! If he can move mountains he can do anything!!! I've been searching online for us. There doesn't seem to be to much in Epping for commercial properties but I'm not giving up, I'm going to keep praying and digging. Did you call Melinda ( the real-estate lady)? I did find a couple of properties but I don't know if you'll like what towns there in. We'll see you Wed. night and I'll show you those properties.
God Bless,
Love the Halls

BULL CRAP !!! Lowering your expectations is a desfitaet attitude!!! If you lower your expectations, you are lowering your standards!!! The Corps obviously teaches a different mind set!!! Set your goals high, but have milestones (stepping stones) to reach that ultimate goal!!! Sorry, I don’t buy the “lowering your expectations” crap!!! If you do that, you also lower your family’s values and what you as a provider should be able to do for them!!! If you are happy, then that’s on you…Hope you are able to provide for your family properly…Remember, you are the one who brought them into this world…Teach them to have higher expectations!!!
