This Weekend

Hey NLC!!! I just wanted to encourage you with this verse today:

By faith, Noah responded with godly fear when he was warned about events he hadn't seen yet. He built an ark to deliver his household. With his faith, he criticized the world and became an heir of the righteousness that comes from faith. Hebrews 11:7

Noah responded by "digging a ditch". God had promised him that a flood would be coming and immediately Noah responded by building an ark. Because of his faithfulness and willingness to act, he became an heir of Christ. NLC, I believe that this weekend is going to be the greatest weekend you have ever experienced. In Matthew 18:20, God promises us that, "Where 2 or 3 are gathered in my name, I am there with them". I can guarantee you that there will definitely be that many people going this weekend, so we can expect that God will be present too!! Let's dig a ditch. Let's respond in faith by getting up, going to church, and allowing God's presence to enrich us. Let's all "become heirs of the righteousness that comes from faith"

I can't wait to worship with you all this weekend. Start preparing your hearts now for God to do something amazing in your lives!!
